PACCAR Experience

PACCAR, a global technology leader in design and manufacturing for the truck industry, had an ambitious goal to launch state-of-the-art interactive experience centers to welcome visitors to several of their facilities worldwide. Ten Gun, along with our partners at ImagiCorps, met their challenge by delivering three unique experience centers.

Our team worked with the trucking giant to comb through a century’s worth of acquired knowledge, and generate a set of diverse and interconnected experiences that captured PACCAR’s story, their core pillars, and truly highlighted them as a leader in technology.

Ten Gun worked to create seven unique experiences for PACCAR’s Parts and Distribution Center in Seattle. Each station was interconnected via tablet interface to accommodate both group tours and individual exploration.

Our team worked on everything from UX/UI, content strategy, native kiosk application development, and projection mapping. PACCAR was so happy with the result, we were asked to do the same for their Eindhoven location in the Netherlands. That meant building out a robust CMS so individual locations around the world could maintain and control their own content.


When you have a legacy as long as PACCAR’s, you develop a massive knowledge base. Their pioneering spirit has instilled them as a leader in the truck industry and a model for how to succeed.

Our interactive experiences were fueled by that deep knowledge and unleashed by technology. The content was broken down into palatable chunks, telling the organization’s storied history, their various technologies, and the capabilities of each facility.

PACCAR Worldwide Locations

Users could learn about each of 150 locations around the world by manipulating a 3D globe on an 84” touch screen and zooming in on each site.
